Between the 2nd October and 3rd of October we started getting these banners on emails "This message contains unscannable attachments that could not beverified virus free. Open only if you were expecting this message" Its not on all emails and the ones it is on there is no attachment other than that they all seem to be HTML mails. Nothing has been modified on the ES4000 and I've double checked the rules and there is nothing in there to insert this text. The only thing I could find that was a similar issue is this but this on a UTM and back in 2009...https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/f/mail-protection-smtp-pop3-antispam-and-antivirus/48692/bug-unscannable-attachments is this a known issue and is anyone else experiencing it or have a fix?
