Gets an error message "504 Gateway timeout" while accessing both the email appliance

Hi,

I am having this issue while trying to access email appliances in my environment. Tried to reboot the appliance but still the same. Even though the appliance console are not accessible i have the mail flow working fine without any issues as of now. Any help would be appreciated.
