[Fresh From the Press: Latest KB's] Sophos Email Appliance: Emails from service providers caught as bulk

Hey Community,

The Sophos Email appliance is quarantining email from an email service provider (For example, Amazon SES) because the email is being caught as bulk messaging. This could cause emails to be quarantined or take the configured action that is set on the rule; sometimes these emails can be receipts, passwords, forms.

If an email originates from an email service provider's Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) IP, it is automatically categorized as a bulk email.

This KB article outlines how to properly create an exception for this.

Regards,
