CR25wiNG Device drive Full

Cyberoam Problem does anyone know how to get around this problem

I have a CR25wiNG Cyberoam with version 10.6.6 Mr1 firmware NBN while installing a connection to another premises and caused a severe drop on my NBN the cr25 crashed and then went into Failsafe mode I checked and was telling me signature database full
I then tried to backdate the software to previous version to fix the signature database but this errors with no space left on device
I have tried to

1 reset device

2 flush appliance reports to no avail how can I get out of this loop

is there a way to delete the signature partition to reload
