Guest VM not blocking or cleaning up Malware, only detecting.

Ive just setup the Security VM on our VCenter server, then I installed the Guest agent from the public share and restarted.  The log file shows the Server as being protected and Sophos Central shows it registered, I have my policies set to detect and auto cleanup.  Its just not blocking or detecting malware, im using EICAR files to test with.

Also my vms running Windows server 2016 dont show Sophos in the security and maintenance control panel either.

Can anyone help?
