New SVM installation prerequisites KBA

Hello,

We get a few issue into support around ports required/DRS issues/NTLM versions etc when installing an SVM.

This prerequisite information is within the guides and other KBAs, however I have asked the KB team to create a standalone installation prerequisites KBA so you can quickly reference the checklist in one place.
