Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility client unable to start after installed Endpoint security and control 10.3

Hi all,

I'm facing problem to start Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client after Sophos Endpoint security and control 10.3 installed. When I click on Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility client, it shows VPN Service not available. Second error message is The VPN agent service is not responding. Please restart this application after a minute. I tried many times by restart the computer, uninstall and reinstall both Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility client and Sophos, but no luck at all. The machine is not installed with RapidBoot from Lenovo.

System detail as following:

Computer type: Lenovo Thinkpad T430

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bits

Sophos End Point security and control version 10.3

Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client 3.1.10010

If Sophos not installed, Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client works perfectly without problem.

Please advise.
