Hello, I present my primary problem SUM does not download software updates, I have read several articles to resolve this error but unfortunately the problem persists. This is the error message. Details: Failed to read file content customer.

    posted about the same error message - turned out that a network component interfered with the download.
    Can't say if this is also the cause in your case though. If not please provide a few details: Did it ever work? If it did - when did it stop, are you aware of any changes around this time (on the server and on your local network)? You've probably not only read several articles but also tried a few things - what did you do (e.g. emptying the Warehouse)?
