Problem with sophos sophos console does not raise the service management console that the user is asking for time to install the administrator forgot the password and can not remember what maner that can reposition the new password

    Hello alfonso,

    it's hard to understand the issue from this stream of words. Please try to rephrase it in sentences (I can't really say where to insert the full stops/periods). Perhaps write it additionally in your native language and one or two screenshots (e.g. where the password is needed) might help to figure out  your problem.
