Sophos Enterprise Console not able to connect after server Restart

 We had to restart our Server and after the restart the Sophos Console is not able to connect is is throwing the below error.

I tried restarting all the services but no use till now.

hos.UIController.Extension.UIControllerException: Cannot retrieve session token after 8 retries. Please check that the Sophos Management Host service is running, otherwise see KBA 118513.

    so it did work (I assume the local console on the management server) before the restart (BTW, which SEC version)? Usual questions: why did you have to restart, did you (have to) change something on the server?

    All the services are started and can be restarted? Did you check whether there is some additional information the logs mentioned under item 6. in article 118513?
