Hi folks,
Today I attempted to upgrade from version 5.4.1 to 5.5.0 with no luck. The first error I received was what was stated in the Subject line with a link to look here: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/121420
However that patch is not even installed on my Server. I rebooted the server and tried again. This time it told me to uninstall the Management Server (which I did). However it will still not install. These are some of the errors that I am seeing in the bootstrap installation log.

At this point in time, the Enterprise console etc is completely hosed. Thankfully this server is a virtual one and I plan on restoring from last night's VEEM backup to get the server and Enterprise Console into working condition.
Any thoughts on this? Do I need to call support for assitance on this one? Thanks!
