I'm a little bit confused. If you are indeed using SEC then actually you can't help noticing that endpoint settings are made using policies. And it should be rather self-evident that Web Control is managed with the Web control policies. and if you edit the policy it's pretty obvious what to do. Thus I think I have misunderstood your question - or is it some detail you want to know?
