 If i am purchased endpoint protection standard or advanced. Can i able to install on a server machine. Its working or not?

Hello HariKrishnan, 
 generally the installer works on all platforms. To manage servers with Central you need a Central Server Protection license, for on-premise (SEC) or UTM managed endpoint a server counts as user. Please see the Licensing Guidelines for details.
