sophos 5.5.0 crypto guard suspecting dashost.exe as ransomware in windows 10 pc (client v.10.7). showing that it is not cleanable. what to do? please help.

I'm not Sophos, so I won't come to know when it's fixed. Unfortunately (as I don't use this product) I also can't say whether it's possible to exclude or authorize a FP, you'd have to contact Support directly.
