Unmanege PC's

PC's are showing on console as unmanaged. But all component installed & up-to-date in this PC.

<file:///C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Remote%20Management%20System\3\Router\NetworkReport\ReportData.xml> This report indicate that RMS router name differ from PC name.

    Hello Aruna Rajapaksha,

    RMS router name differ from PC name
    you say that the part between $ and : is not the computer's NetBIOS name? This would suggest the computer has been renamed after Sophos has been installed. This shouldn't cause an issue.
    Does the report indicate a problem, is there an address or name in the Current Parent Address field?

    Anyway, how did the computer names get into the console (discover, import, ...)? And how did you install Sophos - using Protect computers, with a package, or ...? You say PCs - so I assume more than one. Only some, many, or all (except the management server itself)?
