sophos web protection download scanning timeout problem

How to add a website exeption to sophos web protection download scanning in enterprise console?

because we have timeout problems with some sites (Example wetransfer) on win 10 clients ...

if we disable download scanning everything is ok

    website exceptions can be added in the Anti-virus and HIPS policy with the Authorization ... button, tab Websites. For Web control there's a Website Exceptions tab in the policy.
