i have configure sophos update manager it get update directly from sophos however is not being updated it is stuck in downloading binaries

    Hello Dhananjay Bhakte,

    not much detail so allow me a few questions:
    - this is a first-time installation, which SEC version?
    - do you use just the Recommended subscription?
    - how long are you already waiting?
    - in the Last updated column there is Never?

    Have you rebooted the server since you installed SEC (shouldn't be necessary but has helped)?

    Thanks for your reply.

    The issue is now resolved. I have reinstalld sophos AV setup and restarted  server after that it started working.

    Answer to your above questions,

    - this is a first-time installation, which SEC version?-: no it was third installation. version is 5.2.0
    - do you use just the Recommended subscription?: Yes
    - how long are you already waiting?: Since two days
    - in the Last updated column there is Never? :-no it is last checked.
