Is there a way to connect sophos enterprise console through web console,If so can you please suggest me the port numbers and process.

You could publish EnterpriseConsole.exe via Remote Desktop Services - https://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/windowsserver/ee236407.aspx.

Or you could switch the management from Enterprise Console to Sophos Central.
