Fresh Install of EC 5.3 on Windows 2012

Hi There,

We currently have EC 5.1 running on Windows 2003 with 2000 connecteed clients. I would like to do a fresh installation on Window 2012. Any tips

    It will have to be a different IP Address & was hoping to have the Database in a Centrialized Database Server so I was thinking maybe a fresh install is the way to go, I dont mind re doing the policys & Groups but I'm open to suggestions
