Hi
I am logged in as a Sophos admin and i can see the Subscriptions options are greyed out in the enterprise console.

Hello eic ditadmin,
the Subscriptions options are greyed out
not that one actually needs them - the context menu from one of the subscriptions and the Add button offer the same actions. Subscriptions is supposed to be active in the Update managers view only, but yes, I've just checked and observed the same behaviour. Can't reproduce it though. What I see now is: If an update manager is selected (blue background) or you've clicked in the Update managers pane they're inactive, if a subscription is selected they're active, a click in the Subscriptions pane activates just Add is active. Hm ... might be that a dashboard update that I didn't notice then occurred between selecting a subscription and clicking Subscription in menu bar - the update deselects the subscription and thus inactivates the sub-menu.
