SophosPatch52*_log.ldf and Sophos540_log.ldf files on MSSQL Server very large

Question

Hi, 
 I have question why SophosPatch52*_log.ldf and Sophos540_log.ldf files are so large ~58GB? Is there any possibilities to make these files smaller? 
 The second question, how can I calculate DB file size? (Purge alerts ar set to 1 Month) 
 First of all, I want to say that Sophos Enterprise Console and MSSQL database on the same server (this is not recommended by Sophos and that I know). 
 Secondly, I want to say that my Sophos Enterprise Console have About 7,000 managed PC.

 as for the unreasonably large transaction logs please see Enterprise Console: How to resolve performance issues , specifically the recovery model and shrink the transaction log . On one same-server system I have some 4000 endpoint alerts are purged after 12 months and both databases use less than 1GB. 
 Do you have any issues apart from the transaction log size?
