In the Sophos Enterprise Console, certain devices appear in both the Managed and Unmanaged sections. We've tried and failed to find commonalities between the devices that appear this way. Some of them are Macs, some are Windows devices. The proper ports (8192, 8193, and 8194) are allowed through the firewall on both the server and the clients. When I delete these devices from the Unmanaged section, they re-populate a few moments later. I know it's pulling them from AD, but I don't understand the need for this when the devices are already listed in the Managed section.
