Sophos failed to connect to database, error code 0xe0080837 4294966264

I have noticed recently an increase in "Computers with errors" section and they all have the same error - Failed to connect to database, error code 4294966264. code [0xe0080837]

I have tried searching for a soulution and nothing has come up.

Can anyone tell me what this error means and how to fix this please?

Running Sophos Enterprise Console 5.2.0.644

    This might help.  I've also been seeing a big increase in these errors.  I think mine are occurring when users are switching from Wi-Fi to docked Ethernet, and vice versa, using laptops.  I'm not sure if there is any solution in the works by Sophos.  My users keep the same IP address, but their adapter changes.  I'll wait for the upcoming Sophos release to see if some of the database errors, schannel errors, and other issues get fixed.
