Block specific file

Hi everyone,

I was wondering, you can allow some specific files, but is it also possible to block a specific file?

    Hi, 

    No, not with SAV: Unless you are thinking of blocking transfer of a file by name to say removable storage, CD-ROM, etc...  In that case it would be Data Control.

    If you want to block a specific exe from say running, then Microsoft Software Restriction Policy might be the way to go.

    The only thing Sophos has on the endpoint like this would be Server Lockdown, where everything is blocked apart from those things you choose to run.
