List of sophos update servers for update manager

Question

I need a list of sophos servers that update manager connects to so that i can add them as exceptions to our firewall instead of just opening up port 80 for everything.

Hello ASICSIT, 
 the most recent list (see Step 1 in the article) is only a fraction of everything but still quite a lot. It's probably better to look up the few addresses (and check them regularly) if you can't use names with your firewall.
