error 0000003b

hy,

i need to deploy the endpoint from the SEC but the error 0000003b  is shown and my computer are not on the same AD and in the scheduler task of the endpoint  the sophos_instTask.job  isn't created

what i need to do ?

    If you have a remote computer, where the username might be for e.g.

    workgroup2\admin

    domain2\admin

    If you create a local account on the SEC server, e.g. secserver\admin with the same password as the admin account on the remote computers does it work?

    You really need to be in a position where you can log on to the management server with an account and access the C$ and Remote Registry of the remote client for the push to work.  This account is what you would need to put in the protect wizard.
