Sophos Endpoint and Cyberoam Firewall Internet Connection Issue

Hello All,

I am currently deploying Sophos Endpoint Protection at a customer's site whilst the customer has already deployed Cyberoam UTM Firewall.

Now what i discovered is that users usually loose connection to the internet since the time we deployed the endpoint solution, the customer is making use of SSO on Cyberoam and once they dont have any internet connection they make use of the Captive Portal to get connectivity back on.

The setting on the SEC server are all default apart from the secondary location which is set to the internet for users to get updates.

Anybody experience this type of issue before?

I will really appreciate any solution or feedback.
