  • Hello LongyiuNg,

could the email have some content?
which content would you expect as the information is already contained in the subject?

  • Well,

i know its old thread but, i would expect to see which PCs have detected viruses. what viruses have been detected.

  • Hello Peter Baker,

there are several notification "categories": AD synchronization, subscription, and dashboard. Guess we're talking about the latter.

These emails are not intended for individual alerts, they alert when certain levels are exceeded. Of course for a small installation you might set the levels to zero and thus it'd make sense to include details. If the levels are not zero - which information should be included? All outstanding alerts - some are likely not recent. Just those which have not yet been sent - would require that this information is stored in the database. What's supposed to happen if you change the levels?
Please also note that if something is detected on an endpoint the cleanup could take some time; the alert is sent and displayed for some time but subsequently cleared. You'd get an email only to find out that the threat has already been dealt with.
