Enterprise console, can't insert database user.

Hello,

I want to re-install Console, when insert username for database and i got error like this:

Server is joined domain and user that i used is valid. Is there a way to solve this?

    this is a standard dialog - the error suggests the domain is valid but the object (i.e. user) can't be found. You should get the same result e.g. when you try to give this user permissions to a folder. This is likely not an issue with the SEC installer. Are you installing with a local or a domain admin?

    I'm installing with a domain user, because on this server i'll migrate the database existing on old server. The database user is using domain user. How to give permission to user domain to install this console?

    I'd suggest that you just enter just sophos (provided it indeed starts with sophos) instead of DFID\sophos_db, click Check Names and select the appropriate account from the list. Note: Or click Advanced to search for the account. Don't think it's a permissions issue - normally a domain user can "read" the other users.
