The server is in domain, the user SophosManagement and SophosUpdateMgr are configured in domain and are in poweruser on local machine, the installation was executed with administrator user.
The database was correctly installed but the installation interrupt with error 1603, in bootstrapper.log "Warning: Could not copy SmAgentAPI.dll ..... - Access is denied"
The destination folder, created during the installation have correct privilegies.
I have tryed again the installation after copied the file SmAgentAPI.dll from crystal.cab with the same result.
I have tryed again the installation deleting the folder "Business Objects" and put privilegies complete control to everyone with the same result.
