It is possible to block *.exe or other executable to prevent copy from USB Stick to local Folder?

With "Data Control" I found only the way to prevent copy from local Folder to USB but not the other way.

I want to allow only some filetyps to copy from usb to local Folder.

How I can do that with Sophos Endpoint / Enterprise Console / Data Control

    Hello Matthias Schwarzer,

    short answer: You can't
    Long answer: Data Control (or DLP - Data Loss Prevention, Data Leakage Protection) is designed to keep your data inside, not to monitor or control arbitrary data flow (thus you also can't use it to e.g. control copying to shares).
