Enterprise Console and Distribution List emails

Hello;

We use Enterprise Console 5.3.1

I can setup email alerts from the Console to individual Office365 clients but I am unable to get emails delivered to Office365 Distribution Lists.

Anyone come across this before?

    Hi George,

    I am assuming the individual email address you tested and the distribution list are on same domain...

    If this is the case and since your test to an individual email works, I think all email set up on SEC is correct. Next, from SEC point of view it does not know the recipient of it's report is an individual or a list. So I would guess the issue might be on the receiving end. 

    You mentioned Office365 is in use, so I would check the "Delivery Management" for that specific group in Exchange.
