Enterprise console, migrating server

Hello,

I got the problem when migrating server, all steps is already done but at the end of installation procces. Window prompt shown like this:

I'm really sure, when first installation. I've chosen do not manage encryption.

Any advise to solve this?

    Hello Rosyid,

    if the old server is still available opening Tools->Manage Encryption->Backup Company Certificate will fail if you have indeed chosen Do not manage encryption.

    Any advise to solve this?
    Dunno what makes the bootstrapper (setup.exe) think that Encryption has been selected if it hasn't. Wild guess is it's (just) the GLOBAL_DATA table in the SOPHOSENC52 database. If it's empty you'll get the manage choice otherwise the Import page.
    I assume you have installed the database component, restored the databases, and the attempted to install the management server and the console. You could (this is a suggestion and by no means an official advice) reset the SOPHOSENC52 database using InstallEncryptionDB.bat from the \sec_52\ServerInstaller\DB\Encryption\ directory and the run setup.exe once again.
