Is there a way to get logs of any traffic going to a specific IP?

I tried setting a block rule to a specific IP but when I try and ping it, i don't see it in the enterprise console

Hello Mike Guzman, 
 let's see if I've interpreted your scarce sentence correctly: You are using the Client Firewall and you want to see an alert when a block rule is triggered? If so - this isn't possible. If you open the Firewall Event Viewer (in the console Events -> Firewall Events ... you'll see the possible Event type s in the drop-down. Events are mainly for refining your rules not for monitoring operation.
