Enterprise Console not updating computers successfully on the network

Multiple computers on my network under the "policy compliance" part either state Awaiting policy transfer or are greyed out and do not even seem like they are receiving the update.  For some reason though at each computers it successful says under the endpoint protection that it is updated to the most recent date and should be good.

Where is this disconnect?  Is there a way under the Sophos Enterprise Console I can have it re scan my network for updated computers and devices?

Thanks so much in advance for any help anyone can give me on this issue.  I sent this initial request to my corporate office and they said they would not help and I needed to contact Sophos.  I am local IT Network Administrator at a hospital a bit new to the Sophos Console so pardon my gumshoeness of a request if it is something I should already know.
