Redirecting Windows Endpoints. -- Error 5

Hello.

Last Annoying question I hope, sorry for being a pain with my fixing my server.

Updating Windows 10 Clients to point to my new SEC Server...

I am using the EndPointMigrationUtility But when I run it on Windows 10 PC's it doesn't work.  When I look in the logfile as in the screenshot below, I get Error: Return Code 5

Anyone know what this means?

    Hello (again) StephanieGelder,

    return code 5 is Access denied, at this point the script queries the registry for the value ServiceHomeDir of the key HKLM\Software[\Wow6432Node]\Sophos\Messaging System\Router. Please check the permissions on this key.
