I have a SEC server (v5.0.0.8) that has had an in-place upgrade from Windows 2003 to 2008. There are now two issues: 1 - the local sophosupdatemgr account keeps locking out, and 2 - when I click View Computer Details against any client the console crashes with error Invalid XML: XML document must have a top level element.
I guess the OS upgrade has broken SEC in some way. Any suggestions as to whether these issues are fixable, or if SEC requires removal/reinstall?
