Sophos Enterprise Console Hanging and wont open

Hello,

I am having an issue with opening the Enterprise console, it just seems to hang. I get the opening box that says "connecting to the server... This might take a few seconds." This just stays static on the screen, I have killed all the Sophos Processes in task manager and It doesn't fix the issue. The only way I seem to be able to fix it is to reboot the server.

Was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and how they fixed it?

    this the local console on the management server (which SEC version, when installed? database local?), it works (reliably) once after a reboot but not a second time - or you can open it a few times and then suddenly you can't?
