Computers meesaging but not updating

Hi I have a problem, my clients are not updating but are messaging, i have followed this article:

http://downloads.sophos.com/tools/on-line/deployment_guide/en-us/index.html

And applied all sugestions and everything is the same...

Any idea?

    Hello Matt,

    could you please give some details? Apart from the OS and Sophos versions involved - what is "not updating"? Seen in the console, reported errors, or ...? Has it ever worked, if not - how did you install?
