How can I update the Sophos Management Service 5.2.1.143 ? After install Management Console 5.3

not much detail :smileyhappy:. You mean you've upgraded from 5.2.1 to 5.3 but the Sophos Management Service is still 5.2.1.143? How did you notice and how did you obtain the version number? Something's not working, or?

Hello Christian,

I have the same problem on my customer SEC. Management service need to upgrade after installed SEC. SEC can't open.

could you post a screenshot of the error? If this was an upgrade, what old a new version of SEC?
