Enterprise Console issue

Hi,

I am trying to push through Sophos to a Windows server 2012 Standard from the enterprise console and I am getting this error:

Error 00000067 'The MSI has failed', seen after installing, upgrading or updating Endpoint Security and Control

and this: 80070057 The installation could not be started the paramater is incorrect

Could you please assist

    nothing to do with Sophos

    no, yes and yes - no because it's some part of Windows, yes(1) because it's needed by Sophos and yes(2) because perhaps a check could be made at install- (and not only run-) time. No details in the Event Log entry's Description? Usually it names the missing piece (e.g. a specific version of the VC++ redistributable).
