Enterprise Console issue

Hi,

I am trying to push through Sophos to a Windows server 2012 Standard from the enterprise console and I am getting this error:

Error 00000067 'The MSI has failed', seen after installing, upgrading or updating Endpoint Security and Control

and this: 80070057 The installation could not be started the paramater is incorrect

Could you please assist

    Thanks for the logs. The MSI logs indicate error 14001 in the first line. According to MSDN this means:

    ERROR_SXS_CANT_GEN_ACTCTX

    14001 (0x36B1)

    The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

    The Event Log should have more details which might indicate a missing component.
