Enterprise Console issue

Hi,

I am trying to push through Sophos to a Windows server 2012 Standard from the enterprise console and I am getting this error:

< Error 00000067 'The MSI has failed', seen after installing, upgrading or updating Endpoint Security and Control

and this: 80070057 The installation could not be started the paramater is incorrect

Could you please assist

    I'm not sure I understand what the actual issue is - the screenshot (like the log) shows a failed SUM install. Do you indeed want to install SUM on this server? If so - you should install from the management server's SUMInstallSet share, not the (\ProgramData\)Sophos\Update Manager\Install folder.

    Which SEC and Endpoint versions are you using? If Protect computers fails and returns the 00000067 please follow the associated article to locate the applicable logs (and please Note: When protecting an endpoint computer from the console some installation logs are saved under the temporary folder for the Windows account used in the Protect computers wizard).
