Not sure how else to troubleshoot this issue... but on a client that recently received the Protect Computer directive, the icon in the SEC has been stuck on the orange down arrow.
I have tried restarting the server, restarting the services... those do not work. The client has the Sophos software installed and it seems to be working as desired, but the orange icon will not go away nor will it change the the green icon (as the rest of my clients look (about 60 of them).
Any help with this?
