Endpoint showing 'disconnected' but is actually active

I have an endpoint running Windows 2012 standard that is showing as 'disconnected' in my Enterprise Console, but when I log into the server itself I can see Sophos is enabled and working fine. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi,
please check the setiings for the Windows firewall
Ports 8192 + 8194 need to be excluded in both directions ( In and Out)

Last I checked these ports were open. I will check again, but in the event they are and it is still not connecting....any other reccomendations?

Hello Guest11400,
the usual starting point are the Router logs on the endpoint. Apparently the W2012 did talk to SEC in the past.

Look for a host in the "Unassigned group", or other locations for multiple entries.
