New Server w/Enterprise Console 5.2.1

We are currently running Enterprise Console 4.7.0.13 on Windows Server 2003 R2. I have built a new server with Windows Server 2012. I am installing 5.2.1 on it. Can anyone point me to documentation or suggest the best path to accomplish this?

I don't mind a fresh install and maybe that is the best way. If so, how do I decommision the old one>
