Block USB Devices

Question

Hi all,

I have the Enterprise Console 5.2.1 R2 and a policy to block all USB devices (pendrives). But I can´t block smartphones (Android and iphones) and some MP3 Players.

How it is possible with sophos?

I want to block all USB from machines on my network.

I've read some posts but not getting an accurate answer.

Hello Dieg0, it's not block all USB devices (Device Control is port agnostic ), it's Removable Storage . If the device doesn't present itself as a storage device it won't be blocked. With Endpoint version 10.3.2 and above you can block MTP/PTP devices . Christian :49512
