Sophos Endpoint or Console wont update a server

Got a problem with a file server running Enterprise Console and Sophos Endpoint

Server is running Windows 2008 currently holds Enterprise Console 5.2.1.197 i can see the fileserver2 which is the server in question.

Update Managers is showing the device and last updated on 03/09/14 version is 1.52.1060

Server runs endpoint control version 10.3

This device hasnt updated sinse 21/07, yet the update location of the area is on this server location.

Other servers on this domain are being updated without issues.

Services have been restarted, but in the console it still dosent work seem to force an update through.

Please help!!

    Hello borsejmc,

    the ALUpdate log suggests that the Endpoint software is up to date - to make sure check with the Endpoint GUI, View product information. Apparently it fails to report its status. Which services did you restart and has the server been rebooted since July 21st? 

    The Differs from policy in your second screenshot is probably due to the failing communication.

    Likely unrelated - what are these other two update managers listed? Guess they are not in use and these are residues from tests. You should delete them if so (this won't take their entry in the Endpoints view with it).
