enterprise console 5.2 not updating clients to 10.3

Hi,

my Clinets are not updating to verison 10.3 the enterprise console is at 5.2 and update manger is set to recommanded.

when I try to update my client they do update from enterprise console or from the client they check and got deffinition. but they are not updateing past 10.0 

Clients are on windows 7 sophos 10.0

enterprise console is on server 2008 r2 service pack  verison 5.2

    update manger is set to recommended

    do I understand correctly that until recently the Recommended subscription was set to 10.0 Recommended and you have changed it to Recommended? You can check the version deployed to the CID(s) from the console using View->Bootstrap locations .... This will list the subscriptions, the selected products and their version, and the CID location(s) the products are deployed to. Please verify that the clients are indeed set to update from a location (Endpoints view, tab Update details, column Primary server) which according to Bootstrap locations contains version 10.3.

    I changed from 10.0 Recommended and to recommened.
