Sophos Endpoing Security Client Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012

Greatings,

I have sophos endpoint security installed in my domain machine, and working fine but the newer OS version i.e Microsoft Windows 8.1 and WIndows server 2012 is not getting connected to console and if i try to protec I am getting this error. so could you please help me fix this problem.

Hello Hersiguure,
which SEC version are you using? Your issue looks pretty similar to Unable to protect a Windows 8.1 or Windows 2012 R2 computer from Enterprise Console.

Hello Hersiguure,
